"The best way to predict the future is to create it" – that is why we invest in technology and development without compromise.
At RoyalLab we work in a fully digital CAD/CAM environment, where every stage — from design to final execution — remains under our absolute control. This allows us to achieve repeatability, quality, and precision at the highest level.
5-axis milling machines
AMANN GIRRBACHOur machinery includes three advanced 5-axis milling machines by Amann Girrbach: Motion 2, IDC Motion 2, and Motion 2 DNA.
These are benchmark devices in CAD/CAM technology — they support both dry and wet milling in a single system, providing enormous material and production flexibility.
Their 5-axis machining allows even the most complex prosthetic work to be carried out with the highest accuracy and ideal fit. They handle a wide range of materials including zirconia, ceramic, composites, and metals, while advanced milling strategies (DNA milling) guarantee repeatable and perfect results.
Their construction ensures stability, efficiency, and the ability to keep the entire production process in one place — without any quality compromises.
3D printers
NEXTDENT 5100We also have two NextDent printers — ultra-fast and ultra-precise dental 3D printers designed specifically for medical applications.
The DLP printing technology in the NextDent system enables rapid production of models, splints, temporary restorations, and orthodontic elements, while maintaining the highest accuracy of detail reproduction. This solution significantly reduces turnaround time and expands the production capacity of our laboratory.
Laboratory scanner
DENTSPLY SIRONA INEOS X5The inEos X5 is a precise 3D laboratory scanner by Dentsply Sirona, used in digital CAD/CAM prosthetics. It enables fast and highly accurate scanning of plaster models, impressions, and prosthetic restorations.
The device is characterised by extremely high measurement accuracy reaching the micrometer level, enabling faithful reproduction of even the finest anatomical details and ensuring perfect fit of the final prosthetic restorations.
In our laboratory this scanner remains available as support for dentists working in analogue mode, though we use it very rarely — as over 90% of the practices we work with have moved to a fully digital workflow, which has become the standard working environment for both them and us.
Intraoral scanner
ITERO ELEMENT 5DWe also work with the iTero Element 5D scanner, one of the most advanced imaging systems in digital dentistry.
The device enables simultaneous 3D scanning, intraoral photography, and NIRI imaging, supporting the diagnosis of, among other things, interproximal caries. Its fast scanning and high resolution significantly improve communication with the laboratory and the entire clinical digital workflow.
Additionally, as a laboratory we also support practices working in analogue mode in their transition to the world of digital dentistry. We offer technology trials, system demonstrations, and implementation scanner rental, allowing practices to experience first-hand the real benefits of working within the CAD/CAM system — from increased precision to shorter treatment times and improved communication with the laboratory.
As part of our collaboration we also provide mobile patient scanning in and around Wrocław — we travel to practices, perform scans on-site, and support the entire digital transition process, demonstrating in practice the advantages of modern solutions over traditional working methods.
CAD software
EXOCAD ULTIMATEOur team works across three fully equipped workstations running exocad, one of the most advanced prosthetic design systems in the world.
This enables us to handle every prosthetic project comprehensively — from single crowns, through veneers, inlays/onlays, splints, and bridges, to advanced implant-prosthetic work and full-arch reconstructions.
The exocad system gives us full control over the design process, high anatomical accuracy, and the ability to work within a complete digital workflow. Three independent workstations enable parallel work on multiple cases, resulting in high efficiency, repeatability, and short turnaround times.
Additionally, the excellent integration and close partnership with Amann Girrbach allows us to prepare work directly for milling without any additional technological steps. This means the entire process from design to production runs smoothly, quickly, and fully digitally, maintaining the highest precision and repeatability.
Our machinery has been built around European leaders in premium digital technology, in whom we placed our trust without any compromise on quality. It is precisely this that allows us to achieve the precision and repeatability that redefine the standards of modern dentistry.
